Interference with Property Enjoyment: Any activity that obstructs the use or enjoyment of one’s property. Legal Implications: Those responsible for creating a nuisance can be subject to legal action, and courts can order abatement or damages. Public and Private Nuisance: The code distinguishes between public nuisance (affecting the community) and private nuisance (affecting an individual or a small group).
